Shipping fees
Within Germany:
Free standard shipping for orders over €50 = (€0,00 Euro)
Standard shipping for orders from €0.00 to €49.99 = (€6.50 Euro)
Express shipping: €29.90 (shipping on the same day (Mon-Fri) for orders placed before 14:00).
Should a shipment via standard shipping occur in multiple deliveries, we will not charge you any additional costs.
Note: Weekends and public holidays in NRW are not considered in the calculation of the delivery date, as no goods are dispatched on these days. Therefore, express shipping cannot be considered for orders placed before a holiday after 3 PM or throughout the holiday itself.
Within the EU:
Free standard shipping for orders over €250 = (€0.00) Otherwise (€12.90)
Express shipping for orders over €250 = (€59.90) Otherwise (€67.80)
Should a shipment via standard shipping occur in multiple deliveries, we will of course, only charge the shipping cost contribution once. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland or the USA, any applicable taxes and customs duties must be borne by the buyer. The German VAT will, of course, not be charged for deliveries to these (non-EU) countries (see point 2.).

Value Added Tax (VAT)
All price information in the shop and invoice amounts for goods shipments to EU countries include 19% German VAT. This is also the default setting in the shop. Invoice amounts for goods shipments to non-EU countries do not include VAT. Therefore, this tax exemption is determined by the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process - if it is outside the EU, the invoice amount as well as all prices in the shop will be calculated without VAT. The tax and customs duties specific to the country are the responsibility of the tax authority (customs office) of the destination country (the country outside the EU).

You can currently make the payment for your order as follows:
Payment in advance
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account and note your name and the order ID (order number) on the transfer. After receipt of payment, we will promptly ship the goods to you. You will find our bank details in your order confirmation, which you will automatically receive from us via email after placing your order.
Payment by credit card (via PayPal)
You can now also pay with your credit card via PayPal WITHOUT a PayPal account. YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER WITH PAYPAL! Therefore, select "PayPal" as the payment method in the order form. Simply complete your order by clicking "Submit order". On the following page, you can then make the payment with your credit card via PayPal. PayPal accepts credit cards from "VISA" and "MasterCard/Eurocard". Your credit card data will be encrypted and checked for validity and creditworthiness under strict security measures. To enhance the security of online transactions, Visa and MasterCard have developed the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode security procedures.
Payment by cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is a collection procedure. This means: Your "cash on delivery" package will only be delivered to you if you pay the cash on delivery amount (= the invoice amount) upon delivery of the package! For orders by cash on delivery, we charge a flat cash on delivery fee of currently 5.00 EUR (COD fee).
Notes and Severability Clause / Salvatorische Klausel
We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases. Payment by sending cash or checks is possible, but we hereby exclude liability in case of loss. Should any provision or specification on this page be or become invalid within the framework of other agreements, the validity of all other provisions and specifications on this page shall not be affected. The contractual partners are obligated to agree on a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
