How can I find my way around quickly?
If you are interested in a specific watch or item, the quickest way to find it is to use our search function. However, you are also welcome to browse our shop. Simply click through our product catalogs in the top menu bar, which you will find on all shop pages. There, you will see at a glance the KHS model series available in our shop.
How can I find a specific item I am looking for?
Our shop pages are designed to make items easy to find. If you still cannot find a specific item, simply use our search function, which you can find at the top right of every page. If you still cannot find the item, please contact us using our contact form, as we are always happy to provide you with a free quote for the item you are looking for.
I am experiencing problems with your online shop (error messages)!
If you encounter problems with our online shop, please describe the issue using our contact form. Provide as much detail as possible about the problem or error message. We will contact you promptly and try to resolve the issue.
How does the ordering process work?
Add the desired item to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
Click the cart icon at the top right of any shop page to go to your cart. Here, you will see all the products you have selected for purchase, the quantities, the prices, and the total price at the bottom right. You can correct the desired quantities or delete individual items by setting the quantity to "0".
Once your order is complete and the cart contents are correct, click the "Checkout" button.
On the next page, you can log in to your KHS customer account (if you already have one) where your address data is stored. If you do not have a customer account, please enter your address data. You can choose to create a customer account with this order or proceed as a guest. You can also specify a different delivery address (e.g., for a gift). If you select a different delivery address, additional input fields will appear. Please enter the necessary data for processing your order. After filling out all fields, click the "Next" button.
On the following page, you can select the payment method and shipping method. Then click the "Next" button.
On the final page, you will receive an overview of all your order details. If you need to change any details, you can return to the corresponding page to make corrections by clicking the "change" button. At the bottom, you will find a link to our Terms and Conditions. If you agree with them, please activate the button next to this link by clicking it. Then click the "Order with Payment Obligation" button at the bottom right to complete the order.
